Terms of service

These terms are between you and Diffora Inc ("we"), which operates Abliterate. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them and to the acceptable use policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in details and API keys secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for all usage on your keys.

Credit and payment

The service is prepaid. You buy credit and spend it at the prices on our pricing page, which may change for future usage. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you turn on auto-reload, you authorise us to charge your saved card when your credit falls below the threshold you set, up to your monthly limit. You can change or turn off auto-reload at any time. Monthly plans renew until cancelled and run to the end of the period paid for.

Using the models

Models can be wrong, offensive or harmful, and their refusal behaviour has been removed. You're responsible for checking their output and for how you use it. Output is provided as is, and you shouldn't rely on it for decisions that could harm people.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted. Models start on demand, and may take minutes to respond or be unavailable.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where the law requires it. You can stop using the service at any time, and can ask us to close your account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will post the new version here. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
